Opens November 29, 2011

Each year, researchers from the Canadian Museum of Nature head to the Arctic to study and collect samples from this rugged, vast and ever-changing region.

This new exhibition, Awesome Arctic, is a collection of more than 50 photographs that were carefully selected from thousands of images taken over the past few decades.

Awesome Arctic includes beautiful field photographs, as well as intriguing scientific visuals to show the diverse nature of the museum's Arctic research.
