Voices from Nunavut
August 30 – October 22
Experience Nunavut through the eyes of the territory's students in this original video exhibition.
As part of Canada 150 celebrations, youth from each community in Nunavut have created videos that share what makes them proud, what makes their community special and what it is like to live in their community.
You will discover:
- ice fishing in Kugluktuk
- how to skin a duck in Sanikiluaq
- singing “O Canada” in Inuinnaqtun
- and much more.
Come see it on the second floor, in the rotunda mezzanine.
This exhibition is produced by the Nunatta Sunakkutaangit Museum.
The exhibition may be closed occasionally for short periods because of special events.
Check the schedule upon your arrival at the museum.
