Speaker: Alanna Mitchell, journalist and author
Science writer Alanna Mitchell recounts her quest to discover the health of the global ocean. She identifies signs of "sickness": decreasing pH and oxygen, and increasing temperature. Mitchell recounts her journey that led her from a growing sense of despair to the choice of hope. She concludes with the belief that the future is in our hands and the story we choose to tell is powerful.
